Onboarding with us requires roughly 3 - 4 months of preparation, while working a full-time or part-time job to support yourself and family. All of our inspectors are 1099 contractors, so you would be responsible for your own start-up expenses and beyond.
Earning the status of a superior home inspector is a marathon, not a sprint. It requires patience, in-depth study, hands-on experience, and perseverance. If you are a patient and determined person, a home inspector job could be very rewarding. It could become a full-fledged career!
