Who We Are
Welcome to our neck of the woods!
We’re Matt and Kalyn Gibson, husband and wife co-owners. We are Iowans through and through and are proud to call the Hawkeye State home. In 2020, we saw a great need in the inspection industry for quality inspectors. We decided to take action, so our company was born. Our mission statement summarizes our passion for what we do:

Education - We believe in educating the homebuyer every step of the way. We’re your “go to” resource before, during, and after your home inspection service. Hello, I’m Matt. I’m dedicated to leading my team by providing outstanding education and bringing years of leadership and inspection experience to the table. As lead home and commercial inspector, you’ll observe me in the field going above and beyond to educate clients in a real world manner.
