Easy home inspection with super simple scheduling and flat fee pricing

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER my INSPECTION request is submitted?

  1. When you submit the online request form, our admin team is promptly notified. We will contact you through email with available scheduling options. Please note that our online form is NOT a living calendar; therefore, the inspection is not booked until confirmed by our team.

  2. Once we reach out with options, you will confirm the date and time that best suits your personal schedule.

  3. You will then receive a text and email letting you know we have confirmed the inspection. Please pay close attention to this email and do not delete it. It contains time sensitive action items for you, the homebuyer, to complete immediately. If working with a REALTOR®, he/she will receive this email and text, as well, so everyone stays on the same page.

  4. For ease and a smooth inspection experience, we will send you communication several days leading up to, during, and after your inspection. We are available every step of the way!

  5. We invite you to attend the inspection! The inspector will arrive 30 minutes early and begin working on the exterior of the home. Plan for the inspection to take approximately 1 hour for every 1,000 square feet. We recommend clients and agents arrive towards the end of the inspection time for a personal tour and summary of the inspector’s findings.

  6. By the next business day at noon, you’ll receive a text and email notifying you that the home inspection report is published. Reach out to us with any concerns or questions about the report. We are always just a call or email away!

  7. Commercial property inspection scheduling works a bit differently! After submitting the request form, you will receive a follow-up call from our team to discuss the plan for inspection day.

Upon confirming your service(s), both the client and the agent will receive a link to the client’s online inspection. In the portal, you will find the following:

  • OVERVIEW MENU

    • A timeline of completed and future events

  • TASKS MENU

    • Your confirmed services

    • All inspection agreements for signing

    • Payment options + portal for submitting payment

  • SERVICES MENU

    • Option to request additional inspection services. You can do this any time before your inspection!

  • REPORTS MENU

    • Your interactive inspection report and sewer scope report

  • DOCUMENTS MENU

Policies to Know

  • We require payment due before or at the time of service. After scheduling, you will receive an email containing a link to your unique inspection portal where you will sign all pre-inspection agreements and select your payment option. Thank you for your partnership in ensuring our team is promptly paid for their hard work! Making prompt payment will prevent delays in receiving your inspection report.

  • We travel up to 60-miles round trip, free of charge! Any distance after 60-miles round trip is invoiced at $1.50 per mile. We calculate mileage from our business office to the inspection address.

  • We are flexible with cancellations and rescheduling if you let us know as soon as possible. We understand life happens. We also have a responsibility to our team to ensure that their hard work and time is compensated, so here’s the compromise. If an inspection is canceled or rescheduled for any reason within 24 hours of the inspection start time, we add $150 to the client invoice. If it’s outside of the 24 hours, we do not charge.
